POLICY

Booking Policy

- Free cancellation for bookings canceled more than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made 14–3 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, or no-shows: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- During public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year): bookings are non-refundable, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Guests who are unable to arrive: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or epidemics), we may apply a flexible cancellation policy.

Bookings for stays between 22/12 and 28/02 are non-refundable.

Guarantee Policy

- A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure and confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking channel used. Please refer to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

Child Policy

- One child aged 0–6 years staying in the same room with parents stays free of charge. 
- One child aged 7–11 years: surcharge of 100,000 VND per night.
- Each additional child aged 12 years and above: surcharge of 200,000 VND per night.

All rates are inclusive of taxes.

Other Policies

- Full payment is required upon check-in.
- Guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon arrival.
- A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in via bank transfer or cash to cover any incidental charges during the stay.
- If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation or by calling our hotline. Our staff will be ready to welcome you upon arrival.
- Complimentary coffee and tea are available every morning in the shared kitchen area.
