Booking Policy<\/h2>

- Free cancellation for bookings canceled more than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made 29\u201315 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made 14\u20133 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, or no-shows: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- During public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year): bookings are non-refundable, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Guests who are unable to arrive: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or epidemics), we may apply a flexible cancellation policy.<\/p>

Bookings for stays between 22\/12 and 28\/02 are non-refundable.\u00a0<\/strong>
